BadgeBox allows you, not only to upload different documents and files related to work that can be share with your colleges, but it allows you to upload and store your personal files so that you can visualize them when you need to.
The section “Documents” is devided in three parts: personal file that contains private documents and is not visible or shared with anyone else; administration part that contains work documents related to a certain employee, for example: payroll list, contract etc.; shared file that is visible to everyone. This section the human resource department usually uses for general communications such as company’s policy, culture etc.
